About Damon Downs:
I've being a songwriter for around 10 years. A signature sound of down-to-earth, quirky guitar-pop is proving to appeal to an extremely broad market, with gigs attracting audiences of all ages and musical tastes. I would describe my music as a fuse of music diverse as influences of 'The Beautiful South', 'Damien Rice' and 80s bands such as 'Aztec Camera' and 'Prefab Sprout' - easy-on-the-ear pop-rock!
