Some Details...
We're looking forward to hosting the first EM singer songwriter night at the Dixies , Bagthorpe on Thursday April 4th.
For this month only it will take the place of our usual open mic format and will feature 4 of the areas songwriters to do a half hour set of original material and explaining how certain songs have come about and their meaning and maybe a little about how they go about writing songs.
So it's mainly a music evening with a sprinkling of workshop thrown in!.
All are welcome, PLUS, we still have 1 half hour ( or thereabouts) slot to fill, if anyone is interested...?
It'll be a great night sharing stuff with great people.
It's an open event but we hope to get people in who want to sit and listen,.....
