GLEN DARREN AND THE KREW KATZ
ROCK'N'ROLL BAND
After being entered in a karaoke competition at one of the many Rock'n'Roll venues, Glenn caught the singing bug, and having a lot of friends in the music business, he was encouraged to take his singing rather more seriously than he previously had. He enjoyed the experience so much that he decided to look around for like-minded folk to form a Rock'n'Roll band, resulting in The Krew Katz.
To promote the band, and gain credibility on the circuit, the band made a cd of a few of
their favourite songs called Cherokee Boogie as this is one of their favourite tracks. From this cd the band gained countless bookings.
After two years the band had sold over 400 cd's and more than 500 tapes at venues around the country, and the bookings come in thick and fast. Glen Darren and The Krew Katz are now firmly established as the East Midlands' favourite and most popular Rock'n'Roll band.
