The INFLUX Waterfront Festival is a testament to the DIY ethic of Nottingham's music community and promises to be an amazing event with 50 acts playing Within 12 hours! Our ethics are to keep it cheap on the door and all profits will be donated to P.A.S.I.C (Parents of Seriously Ill Children).
THE LINEUP:
1) Outside - Nightair vs Flux
FLUX has been running nights all over Nottingham for the past couple of years taking the best of local music talent and giving them the opportunity to shine. Recently partnering up with INFL (I'm Not From London) to create INFLUX, the night is now a regular event at The Central, a mini festival with at least 14 bands playing together on a single night.

2) Upstairs Canal House - Confetti vs Audacious Face
Audacious Face is an independent promotions / booking / (whatever they feel like doing) agency, based in Nottingham and Leicester.
They put on awesome shows ranging from the best of local talent to renowned international acts, and run VIOLATED Clubnight: Extreme Music for Extreme People on the last Friday of every month, upstairs @ The Central!

I'm Not From London have been running a variety of nights in our fair city for about 5 years, recently combining forces with FLUX to bring you INFLUX (you get what we did there right?) We hope to bring a more garage rocky, punky, psychey feel to the proceedings!

4) Fellows Morton Clayton Main Bar: Steve vs The Central
The Central has been recently bought by Steve and Fiona of the Running Horse. Seasoned stalwarts of Nottingham's music scene, they realise that great things can happen when people stop concentrating on making a profit and start concentrating on making a difference. The festival afterparty will be going on untill the next day, back at The Central afterwards.

5) Fellows Morton Clayton Function Room: Wax vs The Coates
Jon Coates has been running acoustic nights in the city and he himself plays and can be found in most local bars at some point either playing, organising events, laughing or womanising around town! Jon has been the legal force in the INFLUX team and has brought an organised serenity to the chaotic world of DIY gig promoting! Thanks Jon!
