Born out of inner Melbourne’s maze of cobblestoned alleyways and nightclubs; the ghetto tech booty rock
outfit Metals ride big throbbing bass lines, and serve up sassy, soulful vocals on their forthcoming UK tour.
The Aussie group will play at the legendary Glastonbury Festival, as well as stop off shows in Nottingham,
Coventry and Club NME at Camden's Koko in London.
Taking inspiration from a myriad of popular sounds from the old school 90's to present day techno, Metals
are producer, DJ and all round groove-masters Chris Coe and Ehsan Gelsi and singer, songwriter and
stage siren Vida Sunshyne.
To celebrate their UK tour, Metals are set to release a couple of free download tracks, starting with 'That Ain't
Real Love'. Written as a kiss off to a one-sided relationship, the deeply dubby track has flavours of post dubstep
and a seriously uplifting chorus, wIth a snappy UK grime style rap dropping in for 16 bars from
Australian based UK rapper MC Tray.
