Music For Malcolm Haddon

Local musicians are coming together to stage a 24hr live music event at the white lion public house Sandiacre commencing at 7.00pm Friday June 5th through to 12.00 midnight Saturday June 6th.
The event is being staged to help to raise funds for the Malcolm Haddon Trust Fund, the fund has been set up to help local man Malcolm Haddon to be re-habilitated in Sandiacre.
Malcolm who has lived all his life in Sandiacre was unfortunate enough to have both of his legs amputated at the knees after a collapse in December 08, all funds raised are to be used to provide new artificial limbs and attain suitable living accomodation within Sandiacre for Malcolm where he will be close to friends and colleagues who can give him the support required for a speedy return to every day life.
People from the community are rallying round to support the event , which is being hosted by Don & Gail ( licensees of The White Lion ).
