Nottingham Comedy Festival presents: The DH Lawrence & Vaudeville Skiffle Show & Captain Ignatius Pigheart bring you pirate stories and songs of the sea. Expect twisted sea shanties, tales of the oceans and good old-fashioned comedic music! The hillbillies and pirates with mobile phones are coming to town!
The DH Lawrence & Vaudeville Skiffle Show have been rocking out in pubs with their dark Americana and folk: “psycho-skiffle through to lo-fi Country/Folk sung by men of the woods”.
Captain Pigheart has been bringing short, hilarious pirate stories to music and spoken word events around Nottingham making people laugh with timely ejaculations of seamen.
Show starts at 8.00pm.
