Her style of heavy glam rock achieved success across Europe
and Australia in the 1970s. Moving to the UK in 1971, chart success came in 1973 with Can the Can, this was followed by four further major hits. She continues to tour the world as a musician and hosts
a weekly rock & roll programme on radio 2, she was recently a judge on BBC1’s search for the ‘World’s Greatest Elvis’. In the US she is most famous for her role as Leather Tuscadero in the TV show
