Taba Time are Ian Hill (saxophone), Neil Hunter (keyboards), Ian Beestin (drums), Ian Chalk (Trumpet & Flugel) and Geoff Pearson (double bass).

Ian Hill

Ian can trace back his musical roots to the bluebeat, ska & reggae loved by his Caribbean parents. Add to this the pop, soul, jazz fusion & bebop of his youth and you start to get a sense of his style & sound. Ian studied music at Liverpool University & jazz saxaphone at Birmingham Conservatoire. He is a regular on the Midlands jazz circuit, where he is involved with groups such as "Miles Davis With Words".
