Cellist Honoka studied with Jennifer Ward Clarke, Raphael Wallfisch and Steven Doane and graduated with BMus (Hons) followed by a Concert Recital Diploma (Premier Prix) at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Pianist Megumi studied at the Menuhin School, Rubin Academy of Music (Tel Aviv) and the Royal College of Music with Simon Nicholls, Louis Kentner, and Irina Zaritskaya.

Along with their sister Arisa, they form the Fujita Piano Trio, which has performed in many prestigious venues including the Wigmore Hall, Barbican Hall and the Queen Elizabeth Hall, as well as in more than 100 venues across the UK. Abroad, they have been invited to countries such as Sweden, Italy, Czech Republic, Romania, Japan, Morocco, and Egypt.
