In For The Kill at Queens Head

In For The Kill, the tribute to legendary welsh heavy metallers, Budgie, play the Queen's head in Kimberley on Thursday 27th May.

A sonic mix of Black Sabbath, Zeppelin, ACDC and 90s grunge acts, Budgie epitomised the UK hard rock ethic in the 70s and 80s, being one of the hardest touring bands in the world, headlining reading festival 3 times and playing with the likes of Ozzy, Gillan, Saxon, Nazareth and many more and have been a major influence on modern metal with bands such as Metallica still covering their songs to this day.

In For the Kill are three diehard fans of Budgie who play the music they love and will treat the audience to all Budgie's best loved and often quirkily titled songs including Napoleon Bona Parts 1 and 2, In The Grip of A Tyrefitter's Hand, the pounding metal of Panzer Division destroyed and the classic Metallica-covered Breadfan.

Admission is free and band onstage at 9pm
