John Otway “I DID IT OTWAY”

JOHN OTWAY, rock ‘n’ roll’s most successful greatest failure, launched his brand new book on May 1st with a double gig – 6am at The Bear in Oxford (where over 400 people turned up) and 8pm at the Half Moon in Putney.

This is followed by a relentless trek across the country including an appearance at this year’s Glastonbury Festival on June 27th. (And, later in the year, his annual Dunkerque trip: http://www.johnotway.com/dunk.html ).

The new book titled “I Did It Otway (Regrets I’ve Had A Few)” details the series of events that led him to believe he could hire his own plane and take his fans with him on a world tour. It’s a glorious celebration of an heroic rise and fall chronicling the misadventures of a microstar.

John will also be giving a handful of lectures along the way talking about his illustrious career (and how to succeed at failing). Tickets for the tour are on sale now priced £10-£15 depending on venue.
