Jon Boden, the hugely talented musician, and front man of the biggest folk band in the UK Bellowhead, is bringing his other highly acclaimed band The Remnant Kings to the Glee Club Nottingham, in a rare show comprised of 2 sets.

Jon has released several highly acclaimed albums, including the wonderful solo record Songs From The Floodplain. He is also one half of equally feted traditional duo Spiers & Boden, and has recorded and performed with Eliza Carthy, Martin Simpson and Fay Heild amongst many others.

Jon Boden & The Remnant Kings includes fellow Bellowhead multi-instrumentalists Sam Sweeney and Paul Sartin, plus concertina virtuoso Rob Harbron and double bass maestro Rick Foot.

Following the set, there will be a communal sing in the bar area, with musicians and audience members alike.
