Lady Maisery at Poppy & Pint

Advanced ticket sales are going very well for the Lady Maisery concert on Sunday 19th May. There are still plenty of seats available at the moment, but it’s looking like there’s a chance of getting close to selling out, so please get in touch if you haven’t already reserved your place. Tickets are £7.50. Tel. 0115 9812861. Once all the seats are sold it will be standing room only at the back.

If you’re sending a cheque and SAE, we could really do with getting this by Saturday to give us time to get the tickets back to you. After that, if you can’t collect, just send a cheque and we’ll reserve the tickets to be picked up on the door.

The concert starts at 7:30pm in the upstairs room at The Poppy & Pint. Doors will be open from 7 o’clock, and the pub is open all day, so please try to arrive in plenty of time, so we can get everyone through the doors, and get started on time. As usual we will be having a singaround and music session after the concert for anyone wishing to stay on late.

In other news, ‘A Human Jukebox’ will be appearing at the Lady Bay Arts Festival in the garden at Seymour Road Studios, on Saturday 18th & Sunday 19th May.
