The Seekers at Theatre Royal & Royal Concert HallDate: Wed 25th Sep Time: 20:00 The Original line-up of The Seekers reunite for this 50th Anniversary Farewell show. The pop quartet comprising Judith Durham (vocals, piano, tambourine), Athol Guy (double bass, vocals), Keith Potger (guitar, banjo, vocals) and Bruce Woodley (guitar, mandolin, banjo, vocals) are the ONLY surviving chart-topping band from the 60s, anywhere in the world, with all the original founding members. They have sold over 60 million records globally, and, were the first group ever to reach No.1 on the UK charts with their first three singles; not even Michael Jackson or Madonna achieved that. Perhaps best known for their string of 1960s hits including; I'll Never Find Another You, A World Of Our Own, Morningtown Ride, Someday, One Day, and Georgy Girl. Fifty years on, The Seekers are still touching the hearts and souls of fans - some who've been with them from the very start - and some who've hopped on board along the way.
