Parasight at Shipley WMC

t is with pleasure, that we have been asked to open 'H-Stock VII' at Shipley Working Men's Club on Saturday 23rd November. We will be on from 2pm and will be followed by a line-up of fantastic bands.
The event is held every year and raises funds for PASIC (Parents Association for Seriously Ill Children).

"PASIC is a support group for families of children diagnosed with cancer and receiving at least part of their treatment at Nottingham Children's Hospital in Nottingham. It is a support group run by parents for parents. Support is given in many ways including financial, emotional, practical and social. We organise outings and parties to bring families together in a relaxed atmosphere away from the hospital. There is a regular newsletter which prevents the families feeling isolated when they are at home. Support is given to families in hospital and at home."

Tickets are just £5 for this event. We have some tickets, if anyone would like to buy some from us. You can also pay on the door if you prefer. Please keep this date free in your diaries. Watch some great bands and help a charity that is doing great work for local people.
