Verbal Warning are a four piece old skool punk rock band who take their inspiration from bands like The Clash, The Ramones, The Sex Pistols etc performing original songs on topics ranging from the political to the personal, as well as cover versions of songs you'd expect and some you wouldn't
From Big Cheese magazine ..."Originally formed back in the early 80's and rising from the ashes with a new line up in 2005, these punk veterans unleash their first their first new album in 4 years in the form of the John Peel saluting Red Star Radio.
Mixing humour with politics into their melodic old school punk sound, fans of the Ramones and Dead Kennedy's are sure to enjoy this. Still sounding fresh and invigorated with “Is It Too Soon”, “A Ploy Named Sue” (on the covermount CD)and the ripping “Z List Celebrity”, you'll be having as much fun as the band clearly are."
On stage at 9pm. FREE ADMISSION. DJ set 'til 2am.
