Kevin Grenfell’s Jazz Giants
featuring Paul Harrison(Denmark)
The Jazz Giants were initially formed by Kevin
Grenfell in 2010 to accompany renowned
reedsman Paul Harrison on a UK tour. After
Paul’s return home i Denmark Kevin decided to
keep the band together on a regular basis with
a policy of featuring various guest reedsmen.
Eight years on Paul once again joins forces with
Kevin and the giants for his 2018 UK tour.
Paul is no stranger to the club having first
appeared in 1984 with Max Collie’s Rhythm
Aces followed by subsequent appearances
with Phil Mason’s New Orleans All-Stars and
more recently his own Paul Harrison Band from
Demark.
Kevin is also regular visitor to the club and is
always guaranteed to present an entertaining
and very musical show as he demonstrates his
versatility on trombone, trumpet and vocals.
