Consecration at Mist Rolling Inn

On the 22nd of August, a cold darkness comes to Nottingham. Preparing all for the burying of the summer and the long darkness ahead.
Casting loam from the first of the three spades, are Leeds’ Knim, whose dark melodies entwine like ritual brazier smoke, offering elusive knowledge for those brave enough to give themselves over completely.
Joining them are The Medea Project, who unleash their primitive threnodies to the underworld, evoking dread doom, sinister blackness and gothic visions entwined in arcane mystery.
Cementing the evenings funerary rites are Norwich’s Consecration. Masters of the slow and the depressive. The beautiful sadness of death doom, which constricts the soul and slowly crushes all who bear witness.
