Coming from the sunny town of Ilkeston, The Cassettes bring electro to the indie scene, consisting of two guitars, bass, drums and the tool of 'new rave', the synthesiser, they have crafted a sound that has elements of indie bands such as Maximo Park and We are Scientists, but also mix in 80’synth/electro tunes. Armed with a respectable set of upbeat and catchy pop songs, this band knows how to keep the crowd on their feet. Influenced by anything and everything musical Indie Pop with an electro twist
