UK Legends at West Park Leisure Centre

Dust down your flares, dig out the glitter and don those big wigs . . . some sensational sounds of the seventies have been lined up to launch the return of live music to Long Eaton’s West Park Leisure Centre!

And with the classic sounds of music favourites Smokie, Thin Lizzy, Joe Cocker, The Animals and John Miles, the 70s spectacular looks like an unmissable winter treat.

UK Legends will appear at West Park on 29th November, when concert-goers will also be able to enjoy a fun-filled 70s disco. All the entertainment will be in the sports hall, which will be transformed into a stylish indoor marquee, complete with a licensed bar.

The band features four UK musicians who have all worked with the 70s bands and will be performing some of the best sing-a-long hits of those groups, including Smokie’s ‘Living Next Door to Alice’, Joe cocker’s ‘With a Little Help from My Friends’ The Animals’ ‘House of the Rising Sun’ and ‘Music’ by John Miles.
