Some Details...
Bunkers Hill is a stylish city centre pub, situated next door to the Nottingham Arena. There is an emphasis on cask ales with at least six on sale permanently including many from local micro brewers. Food is available everyday with special menu's on certain nights such as Curry Night, Fish 'n' Chips Night and the traditional Sunday Roast. We have a big focus on live music, having live acts every Friday night downstairs. Also is the large function room we have for hire, complete with bar and stage, 2007 will see this room dramatically transformed into the number one venue for the live music circuit in Nottingham. Every Sunday evening we bring back the traditional quiz night, but with a funky edge. The Torquemada is manager Mark Gallagher, and at the end of the night hands over a gallon of beer to the winning team, along with a loot of other small prizes for everyone else. If you should feel peckish during the quiz, worry not, our man Rex Lampier is on hand preparing top quality gourmet Bubble 'N' Squeak for quiz entrants at a bargain price of £1.50. The Quiz Night held a feature in The Evening Post and has had maximum capacity since it began in December 2006!
